These lovely mares are ready to be added to your herd of Chapman's, or in your pasture for your viewing pleasure. They are beautiful, healthy, and happy.

We can easily get to within three feet of these mares before they will back away. They even seem to enjoy our company in their pen, coming to visit with us when we enter.
The 'girls' are used to seeing horses and being with donkeys. In fact, one or both appear to be pregnant to a spotted donkey jack, whom they have spent several months with. We will not guarantee the pregnancies, but along with appearing to be pregnant, we did watch the jack breed both Thelma and Louise.
We are located in Coward, South Carolina. You can back your trailer up to the girls' pen and load them. They are not halter or lead trained. We'd prefer the girls to go together as they are 'best friends'.
The only reason we are offering them for sale is because we foster horse rescues, and with the economy the way it is, we are getting more and more rescues to look after, and we desperately need the large pen the zebra girls are in for rescue animals. We thought we'd have the girls forever, but the rescue equines need our help more, so, sadly, we must say goodbye to our beautiful girls. We are not making a profit on them, but simply asking exactly what we paid for them. But, it is likely that you will get a package deal with both of them and in a few months possibly have one or two new baby zonkeys!
